What is the difference between a certificate and a diploma?

A certificate level course is shorter. On completion, the certificate is available as a PDF download, paper parchment or framed parchment. The PDF is available to download in your account upon purchase while a parchment is shipped via mail.

Diploma level courses are more in-depth than certificate level, and they take longer to complete. Diplomas are not available as PDFs, only as paper or framed parchments.

You can view both certificates and diplomas in our Learner Gallery.
